Hey, I'm Nada! I'm a Data scientist, a Web Developer and a Designer.

 Aweb application connecting students and teachers for managing lost-and-found items and facilitating peer-to-peer sales on campus.

### Developed eFind, a platform that facilitates lost-and-found management and peer-to-peer sales for university students, providing an efficient and interactive user experience.Platform Design:Created a responsive frontend using React.js, offering an intuitive interface for posting and searching items.Built a scalable backend with Node.js, ensuring efficient handling of data and user interactions.Real-Time Communication: Integrated WebSocket to enable instant notifications and real-time communication between users, significantly improving responsiveness and engagement.Deployment and Impact: Launched the platform on a university campus, achieving a 50% increase in user engagement and facilitating hundreds of successful exchanges within the first month.This project exemplifies my ability to design and deploy full-stack applications with a focus on user interaction and real-world impact.





Developed with a MERN stack for the final project of 2CP with my team a full webapp that helps adminitsrate the process of attributing housing to the staff of the school (ESI) by automating and scheduling tasks tat are usually done manually, that helped increasing the efficacity of the process.

Logement Esi

A web app for Smartly.io to automate video content generation using beat-matching ML models. Technologies: Flask, React.js, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.

### At Junction Finland Hackathon, I developed an innovative web application for Smartly.io to automate the creation of engaging video content for social media platforms.Objective: Addressed the challenge of creating dynamic, beat-matching videos for content creators, simplifying their workflow\.Technology Integration:Used Flask for the backend API to manage user requests.Developed an intuitive frontend using React.js, enabling users to upload and customize content.Integrated TensorFlow to implement a machine learning model that analyzed trending songs and synchronized beats with visual elements.Utilized OpenCV to handle video processing tasks such as merging and transitions.Results: Created a fully functional prototype that automated video generation, reduced manual effort, and enhanced productivity for content creators.This project demonstrated the transformative potential of combining ML and modern web technologies for creative industries.

Design a 1st prize winning project during a design and idea competition

Designed the **U-Health Mobile App**, a healthcare platform that connects users with medical professionals for online consultations, appointment bookings, and health tracking.

1.  **Design Objectives:**

    *   Focused on creating a clean, professional, and trustworthy interface suitable for a healthcare application.

    *   Ensured ease of use for diverse age groups by adopting a simple layout and clear typography.

2.  **Core Features:**

    *   Developed a user-friendly dashboard displaying health metrics, appointment reminders, and medication schedules.

    *   Designed an appointment booking system with integrated calendars and location-based recommendations for clinics and hospitals.

    *   Used Material Design principles to create a seamless experience across Android and iOS platforms.

3.  **Achievements:**

    *   The app prototype received excellent feedback during testing for its simplicity and functionality.

    *   Highlighted as an example of effective healthcare UI/UX design .





U-health mobile app

Developed energy-efficient solutions for WSNs and IoT using advanced ML/DL techniques. Tasks included model design, training, deployment, and research documentation.

This project focused on addressing energy consumption challenges in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) and IoT environments by integrating advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) solutions. My contributions included:

1.  **Research and Review:** Conducted a thorough study of existing energy-efficient protocols and frameworks in WSNs, including duty-cycling, clustering, and sleep/wakeup scheduling techniques.

2.  **Model Design:** Designed a custom ML/DL architecture tailored to reduce sensor energy usage while maintaining data integrity. I utilized frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for this purpose.

3.  **Implementation and Debugging:** Developed and debugged the model code, ensuring compatibility with sensor network datasets. This involved preprocessing temporal and spatial data and optimizing the model for scalability.

4.  **Training and Deployment:** Trained the model on real-world sensor data, analyzing its performance to fine-tune hyperparameters. Deployed the model in a simulated WSN environment to evaluate energy savings.

5.  **Documentation and Publication:** Authored a research paper summarizing the findings and a detailed thesis highlighting the project’s technical and theoretical contributions.

The project demonstrated the potential of ML/DL technologies to enhance WSN sustainability by extending sensor lifespan, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring reliable data collection.

Energy Saving in Wireless Sensor Networks

**Technologies:** Qiskit, qBraid

At the NYUD QC Hackathon, I developed *naQa'a*, a quantum optimization tool designed to improve agricultural efficiency in the UAE by optimizing crop rotation strategies. The project addressed the need for sustainable agricultural practices to maximize land productivity while conserving resources.

1.  **Problem Analysis:** Analyzed the agricultural challenges, including resource limitations, crop rotation schedules, and land use inefficiencies.

2.  **Quantum Algorithm Design:** Leveraged the "Aqricult" quantum algorithm to create a model for multi-year crop distribution in a 3D spatial environment, considering variables such as soil health, water availability, and crop compatibility.

3.  **Implementation:** Built the optimization model using Qiskit and qBraid platforms, utilizing quantum computing’s capabilities for solving complex optimization problems more efficiently than traditional methods.

4.  **Results:** Demonstrated significant improvements in land-use efficiency and sustainable farming practices, showcasing the application of quantum computing to real-world agricultural challenges.

This project highlighted my ability to apply emerging technologies like quantum computing to solve critical sustainability issues.

Optimized highway traffic flow with a Q-learning algorithm, managing traffic lights, lane changes, and car following for improved efficiency.

For this class project, I designed and implemented a Q-learning algorithm to optimize highway traffic management, addressing challenges like congestion and inefficiency in traffic flow.

1.  **Problem Analysis:** Studied real-world traffic patterns and identified key factors such as ramp metering, traffic light control, and lane changes that influence traffic efficiency.

2.  **Reinforcement Learning Model:**

    *   Developed a Q-learning model to dynamically manage ramp meters and traffic signals.

    *   Incorporated factors like car-following behavior and lane-changing dynamics into the reward function to encourage efficient traffic flow.

3.  **Simulation:** Conducted simulations using Python to evaluate the model’s performance in reducing congestion and improving throughput.

4.  **Results:** The model demonstrated significant improvements in traffic flow efficiency, showcasing the effectiveness of RL in solving transportation challenges.

The client wanted a friendly yet a modern website that allows the customers to browse their items and also place orders for pickup or delivery, I aimed to provide an easily accessible website that is suitable for their target audience which includes humans with varying age and navigation experience, the result is vibrant and welcoming website that also portrays the vibe and the personality of the actual coffe shop architecture.

Created a web and mobile interface for **Hot Beans Coffee Shop**, focusing on enhancing the customer experience for online orders and reservations.

1.  **User-Centered Design:**

    *   Conducted user research to identify key features customers value, such as menu browsing, location-based suggestions, and quick checkout.

    *   Designed a warm and welcoming theme with earthy colors and minimalist elements to reflect the brand’s identity.

2.  **Features and Process:**

    *   Designed an interactive menu with item customization options (e.g., size, add-ons, preferences).

    *   Built an intuitive reservation feature that integrates with Google Maps to guide users to nearby branches.

    *   Used Adobe XD and Illustrator to develop responsive designs for both mobile and desktop interfaces.

3.  **Impact:**

    *   Increased online traffic and orders by simplifying the user flow and enhancing the visual appeal of the website and mobile app.

    *   Boosted customer satisfaction by making the ordering process quick and easy.





A design for the Global Mena Hackathons platform as part of the visual identity of the brand.

Designed and developed the user interface and user experience for the **MENA Hackathons Platform**, a web application that connects developers, entrepreneurs, and students across the MENA region to participate in hackathons.

1.  **Concept and Planning:**

    *   Researched user personas and pain points to create an intuitive platform for hackathon registration and event management.

    *   Focused on creating a futuristic and engaging aesthetic to align with the tech-savvy audience.

2.  **Design Process:**

    *   Created wireframes and prototypes using Figma, ensuring seamless navigation between pages like event listings, registration, and contact forms.

    *   Implemented glowing geometric elements and a dark mode theme to enhance visual appeal.

3.  **Outcome:**

    *   Delivered a visually compelling and easy-to-navigate platform that increased user engagement and hackathon registrations.

    *   Received positive feedback from stakeholders and hackathon participants for its accessibility and modern design.
